能源之星里有“Replaceable ballast”這么一項功能：Ballasts in all fixtures (including portables) must be accessible and removable by an electrician without the cutting of wires and without damage to the fixture housing, trim, decorative elements or the carpentry (e.g., ceiling drywall) to which the fixture is attached.

 在LED日光燈中，我把“Replaceable ballast”理解為電源。這樣的話，如果有一個統一的標準對600MM,1200MM和1500MM的日光燈功率做一個規定（或行業共識），進而對電壓、電流也作出規定。然后對安裝尺寸也作出規定。這樣各個廠家生產出的電源就可以互換。同時，這個安裝在燈管里容易裝卸的部位。我覺得這樣才是真正符合環保的事情。
