都是網(wǎng)上收集的,找了老半天才找出來(lái),我不會(huì)做沒(méi)做過(guò).大家研究一下.有懂的說(shuō)一下這些圖的關(guān)鍵地方要怎么做.

那三個(gè)都不是.1:IGBT后級(jí).2:并雙硅.3:單硅.這個(gè)是.

這個(gè)只能調(diào)頻,脈寬及占空各約占50%,很耗電.

燒的原因還是輸出的保護(hù)沒(méi)有.
