IGBT模塊拆解!
昨天做實(shí)驗(yàn)的時(shí)候不知道為什么發(fā)生了炸管,把驅(qū)動(dòng)電路板也給干壞了一部分.自己估計(jì)可能是RCD吸收的問(wèn)題,以前沒(méi)有加吸收的時(shí)候沒(méi)出現(xiàn)炸管.今天特地拆開(kāi)看看內(nèi)部什么樣了!型號(hào)為SKM150GB128DE,需要的可以看看!
