升壓電感的電感量對嗎?還有限流電阻的值可以減小點試試
限流電阻我從2個0.1歐并到4個0.1歐并應該不會是它的問題.
升壓電感感量從500uh變到1.3mh我沒好好算過.而且不太清楚輔助繞組的砸比.

我開始也是用他給的那個東東.但是驅動就像一個尖峰,打不開.全部用他demo給出的東東,還是驅動打不開.我只想做250w.我全部的大于1u的電容都用電解,會不會是這個原因.升壓電感我選了500u和1.3m,兩種.砸比19:1.急ing
500uH差不多,好象是你的咂比有問題,19:1在400V時次級就有21V已經超過了NCP1650的VCC上限了.所以你在低壓是能啟動而高壓不行(NCP1650過壓保護了)

應該不會呀,我量了我的vcc,在14v左右,輔助繞組過100u得電容,應該不會在vcc上被掐死才對.對了,你的電容是電解的么?我只得是22u電容.

Onsemi有NCP1650的設計軟件,我基本上是用這個軟件選擇參數.電感是個重要的參數.好象在高壓時容易開機.你說的陷死是什么意思?你設計要求的輸出功率是多少?電感好象太小
