各位前輩:
大家好!我是個電源的新手現公司要做1個
100-240Vac 輸入
輸出是12V6A
電源的總高不能超過25.4mm
要求過UL認證.
我花了很多的時間看了很多的書電源的原理已基本知道,但對于認證我是一點信心都沒有,因為我沒有接觸過這方面.我雖然看了UL310但上面還是有很多不能理解的.
有沒有哪位前輩能說說從線路設計開始到送認證前應注意哪些事項,有哪些測試是可以在送認證前自己先測試的,不勝感激!
這個項目做不好我就要失業了前輩們幫幫忙吧!!!!!!!

設計留意:
1. 是否同時要CSA, CEC, FCC?
2. 溫升
3. Creepage, Clearance
4. overload okay?
5. One critical ( non approval ) component failure okay?
6. use appropriate approval component
Before sending to lab, you can ask lab engineer to comment your
mechanical design and BOM. ( normally is free )
