如何將5V電平拉到10V以上(立等高手指教)

TTL與門出來的脈沖信號VoH<5V,想用來驅動MOS管,(已經有圖騰拄驅動),如何在驅動前將脈沖拉高

用oc門的話,推出電流有限,影響速度
