求助500W逆變器的資料和圖子

我還是一個(gè)學(xué)生,對逆變器和半導(dǎo)體的參數(shù)還不是很了解.想自己做一個(gè)逆變器,望各為大哥給我發(fā)一個(gè)圖子
我是要12V直流逆變250V的交流頻率在50HZ
