工字形電感器出現(xiàn)裂痕
各位DX,工字形電感器出現(xiàn)裂痕,是什么原因造成的呢?封裝完頂部樹(shù)脂后,烘干,無(wú)裂痕.到客戶那里250度IR就會(huì)有裂痕,為什么呢有經(jīng)驗(yàn)者請(qǐng)賜教.

所使用的樹(shù)脂是LORD的LS213-8HV和氣相二氧化硅配比使用,也用過(guò)Emerson的G500,都是外框在IR后會(huì)裂痕.有什么好的建議沒(méi)
