是不是警示標貼的意思?不確定.......

我懷疑是warning label,但不知道有沒有worrying label這個東西...

比較少見,大家都是label,應該也沒有太大差別,不知道你的FCC資料里有沒有worrying label的要求或者實例?

就是在三種認證方式的介紹里都提到了這句,不知道實際運作中又沒有這類的標記呢?

在 FCC Part 15 中 除 15.121 Scanning receivers , 15.121(f) 是使用 "WARNING: MODIFICATION OF THIS DEVICE TO RECEIVE CELLULAR RADIOTELEPHONE SERVICE SIGNALS IS PROHIBITED UNDER FCC RULES AND FEDERAL LAW." 外,

"WARNING" 警告......

而一般常見的 IT/AV 產品, FCC 並無 Warning 字詞. 而使用 Information to user/Labaling (告知/宣告/標明, 比較類似警示是 15.21 內文中使用 "CAUTION" 來警告使用者不可修改產品.)

在 FCC 15 Subpart A, B 就標籤與警示文字有以下條文:

15.19   Labelling requirements. 可置於產品標籤或使用手冊. 常見的 IT 產品所用文字如下 :

15.19(a)(3)
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

15.19(b) DoC 相關標示. (FCC LOGO, TRADE NAME, MODEL NAME) 要求.

15.21   Information to user.
15.21 是指 "提示使用者不要自行修改機器而影響特性".
The users manual or instruction manual for an intentional or unintentional radiator shall caution the user that changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

15.105   Information to the user.

15.105(b) 的常見於使用手冊上 :
(b) For a Class B digital device or peripheral, the instructions furnished the user shall include the following or similar statement, placed in a prominent location in the text of the manual:

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

—Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
